Once you are curious about Novu & think we might be a good fit, schedule a walk through our centre. Meet our Team, ask your questions and browse our services. We make sure that you have all the information you need to make the best possible decision for you and your family.
What makes us unique is that we are always here to listen. Your Client Relationship Manager is you point of contact throughout your time with us. But you can always expect a call from our Team to check up on you.
If you like what we offer, then it’s time for your onboarding session. You will get to meet your Doctor, have your scans and vitals assessed, meet your Client Relationship Manager and importantly put together your Reproductive Health Plan. You get to choose what works for you. All this takes about 3 hours, so we make sure you are comfortable during your time with us .
During your scheduled consultations, we make provision for your Midwife, Doctor and Specialists to connect with you at multiple moments during your pregnancy. Regardless of which plan you choose we always make provision to visit you at home.

If you opted in for our Premium service, you and your family get to be with us until Baby is 14 weeks old. But regardless of what service you select, we will always check in with you until baby is 12 weeks old.
We are ready to welcome you and baby back for a visit with the Doctor and Client Relationship Manager. For those on our entry level package, this is where we say goodbye, get your feedback and provide you with additional services we offer
We know a new baby brings new challenges. Sleep, breastfeeding, nutrition, exercise are all things that might be on your mind. We are here to help you through this journey.
